Glow and moon-moth (2014 Sept/Oct Trade)
Holly H.

Artist note: The moth that Glow is watching here is a luna moth, a species that emerges from its cocoon in late spring and only lives for about a week. They are one of the largest moths in North America, a little bigger than a human's palm, so I wanted to try to convey how big they'd be next to an elf child. For the name I just translated it to what the elves might call them, "moon-moth". (Looked at a bunch of luna moth refs for this, obviously.)
