This weather forecast is based on real life weather modeling, provided by the 2014 Farmers' Almanac (based on Zone 1/Northeast United States). Some additional environmental details are added as well for local flavor. If there's more you'd like to see noted, or if you want a specific weather event at a specific time, please ask for it, and we’ll update the weather chart accordingly!

SUMMARY: The winter months of early RTH 2513 will be milder than normal, with snowfall and precipitation both a little over normal. The coldest periods of the entire winter will be Month 12 of 2512, and during the early weeks of RTH 2513.02. The spring will generally be cooler than normal, with near-normal rainfall. Summer will be hotter than normal, with slightly below-normal rainfall, with the hottest periods of the season falling in early to mid-Month 07, late Month 07, and mid-Month 08. The autumn months will be warmer than normal, with rainfall slightly above normal.

MONTH 01
MONTHLY AVERAGE TEMPERATURE: slightly above average -- daytime high 26 degrees Fahrenheit/-3.333 Celsius.
Days 1–5: Snow showers, cold; all local waterways still frozen over.
Days 6–8: Mild but overcast.
Days 9–10: Snow flurries, cold.
Days 11–15: A mild spell arrives with sunny, clear skies -- cold lessens, although weather remains freezing.
Days 16–18: Rainy, mild.
Days 19–22: Snow showers, cold.
Days 23–27: Periods of rain mixed with snow, but otherwise mild.
Days 28–31: Sunny and cold again. Everything which began to thaw during the last handful of days freezes solid again.

MONTH 02
MONTHLY AVERAGE TEMPERATURE: just a hair below average -- daytime high 22 degrees Fahrenheit/-5.555 Celsius.
Days 1–6: Snowstorm rolls in from the northwest, followed by flurries.
Days 7–16: Sunny; cold but mild.
Days 11–16: Snow showers, very cold.
Days 17–23: Snow, then clear and cold.
Days 24–28: Snowstorm, followed by very clear and very cold spell. Candlefish spawning begins in the Braided River estuaries, a prime winter source of protein now for the Ramat Colony.

MONTH 03
MONTHLY AVERAGE TEMPERATURE: slightly above average -- daytime high 37 degrees Fahrenheit/2.778 Celsius.
Days 1–5: Snow flurries which turn to rain, followed by additional snow.
Days 6–16: Occasional snowflurries, followed by sprinkles of rain. A gradual warming begins; rainy periods, snow melts and waters begin to rise all around the territory. River & lake ice begins to thaw; water is high everywhere, but no real risk of flooding.
Days 17–19: Rain turns to snow, followed by snow showers and cold -- but daylight hours remain above freezing.
Days 20–21: The last snowstorm of the season brings a couple of inches of snowfall, followed by crisp, clear skies. Weather is not cold enough to refreeze rivers or ponds.
Days 22–25: Warming trend returns; the last snows begin to melt. The elves begin to look for the return of the Elder Salmon.
Days 26–31: Scattered showers interspersed by unsettled skies and mild, warming temperatures. New Green Bliss is held. First Elder Salmon arrive spotted and intense fishing begins.

MONTH 04
MONTHLY AVERAGE TEMPERATURE: average daytime high 46 degrees Fahrenheit/7.778 Celsius.
Days 1–3: Showers, mild.
Days 4–8: Showers, then sunny, nice.
Days 9–11: Showers, warm.
Days 12–14: Rain to snow, then sunny and cool; never cold enough to freeze.
Days 15–19: Rainstorm, then sunny and cool. Wolf pups born to the pack’s alpha female.
Days 20–25: Thunderstorms followed by sunny, warm weather.
Days 26–30: Scattered light showers, then sunny but cool.

MONTH 05
MONTHLY AVERAGE TEMPERATURE: average daytime high 55 degrees Fahrenheit/12.778 Celsius.
Days 1–7: Showers, then sunny and cool.
Days 8–10: Sunny and very warm.
Days 11–16: Thunderstorms, then sunny and cool.
Days 17–20: Scattered showers, mild.
Days 21–27: Scattered thunderstorms, warm.
Days 29–31: Rain showers, cool.

MONTH 06
MONTHLY AVERAGE TEMPERATURE: average daytime high 65 degrees Fahrenheit/18.333 Celsius.
Days 1–4: Sunny and warm. Passionfruit berries begin to come into season.
Days 5–6: Unsettled skies; high winds and a violent thunderstorm.
Days 7–11: Unsettled skies; more thunderstorms (although less violent), some showers.
Days 12–19: Clear weather, with scattered morning showers. Warm. Blood Salmon migration begins, mainly on the Rushwater River and moving up to the Bounty.
Days 20–22: More unsettled skies with the threat of thunderstorms. Midsummer (Summer solistice) is the 21st.
Days 23–28: Very warm but scattered rains. Humpback Salmon migration begins, mainly on the Holt River and moving up to the Bounty.
Days 29–30: Sunny, cool.

MONTH 07
MONTHLY AVERAGE TEMPERATURE: average daytime high 71 degrees Fahrenheit/21.667 Celsius.
Days 1–2: Sunny, clear skies and warm.
Days 3–6: Thunderstorms, then sunny and warm.
Days 7–11: Sunny and hot. Raspberry season begins.
Days 12–20: Scattered thunderstorms and cool.
Days 21–23: A series of very violent thunderstorms, producing some significant hail and very high winds.
Days 24–31: A couple of thunderstorms, then warm and clear. Blueberry (huckleberry) season begins.

MONTH 08
MONTHLY AVERAGE TEMPERATURE: below normal -- daytime high 69 degrees Fahrenheit/20.556 Celsius.
Days 1–8: Sunny, hot.
Days 9–12: Scattered thunderstorms, unsettled skies. Leather-leaf berry season begins.
Days 13–17: Sunny; cool.
Days 18–20: Thunderstorms, then sunny and cool.
Days 21–25: Sunny, turning hot. Silver Salmon spawning begins in the creeks and streams off of the Braided River.
Days 26–31: Unsettled skies, followed by rain showers.

MONTH 09
MONTHLY AVERAGE TEMPERATURE: below normal -- average daytime high of 76 degrees Fahrenheit/24.445 Celsius.
Days 1–4: Showers, then sunny and cool.
Days 5–9: More showers, then turning warm.
Days 10–16: Fair and hot.
Days 17–26: Unsettled skies and a return to showery weather, followed by sunny and warm.
Days 27–30: Sunny, hot.

MONTH 10
MONTHLY AVERAGE TEMPERATURE: slight under average daytime high of 49 degrees Fahrenheit/9.444 Celsius.
Days 1–6: Sunny and nice.
Days 7–12: Rain showers, followed by sunny but much cooler.
Days 13–18: Rain, with some snow mixed into the showers at night. Then sunny but cold.
Days 19–24: Rain, then sunny but chilly.
Days 25–31: Rainy periods, mild.

MONTH 11
MONTHLY AVERAGE TEMPERATURE: average daytime high 45 degrees Fahrenheit/7.222 Celsius.
Days 1–5: Stormy and rainy, increasingly cold.
Days 6–11: Several days of an upper atmospheric air inversion keeps the Holt pretty foggy; cool but not as cold.
Days 12–16: Stormy -- more rain mixed with snow, sometimes freezing rain.
Days 17–22: Wet snow that begins to accumulate for a few days before warming melts it. Chum Salmon begin spawning in the Holt and Braided Rivers.
Days 23–24: Sunny and cool.
Days 25–30: Wet and snowy, with unsettled skies and daytime temperatures which lead to melting.

MONTH 12
MONTHLY AVERAGE TEMPERATURE: average -- daytime high 35 degrees Fahrenheit/1.667 Celsius.
Days 1–5: Sunny but very cold.
Days 6–11: Rain to snow, then sunny and very cold.
Days 12–16: Rain and snow, with considerable wind on Day 16, with the risk of freezing rain bring down trees.
Days 17–19: Clear skies but very cold again.Freezing begins on local streams, creeks, ponds, lakes and rivers.
Days 20–23: Snow but a clear night for Midwinter (Winter Solstice is the 22nd); cold.
Days 24–31: Ice and snow, very cold.
