"Dispersed" means that when a cub reached an older age, it was either run off from the pack by the other wolves, or it decided to leave on its own, seeking to found a new pack outside of the tribe's territory.
"Reserved" means that there are plans for that wolf on the part of a member, who has notified the council of the plans.
No note after a cub's listing means that the cub is still young and is presumed to still be hanging around the pack. Contact the council if you want to claim one of those cubs for storyline plans.
