I'm glad even near-sighted Newt can play archery games! I like to imagine even he got to make the mark himself!

A very cute look at the parent-child activities in the Holt! It's heartwarming and adorable to see the interactions here :)

So good to see that Starskimmer is not only an incredibly good-looking dreamberry wine brewer but also a damn good archer. It is a good reminder that all of our elves can hunt no matter what their primarily occupation might be.
I like your style, Kyna. Would love to see more stories from you.

I love how this feels like a little everyday sort of interaction -- but I also like what it tells us about some of the elves included. It's a great reminder that though we don't usually see it, Starskimmer and Greenweave are good enough archers that they can enter even a casual contest against a dedicated hunter like Windsong. That is a great facet of them to see. And overall, the interactions are just sweet -- I loved the bit with Starskimmer and Newt, another pair we don't see together in stories as often. Good job in such a short piece!

Great to see these family combinations here! I really like the idea of the parent/child teams - and it's a great mix of elves. Starskimmer and Newt are very cute together. Great little story that shows a lot of different aspects of the tribe, from their relatives to their interations, and of course, the game itself. :)

This was a great one. :) I like the idea of a little family contest and I love how you characterized the single elves here in such a short time.
Love that the teams all seem to have a different mentality as well. Greenweave and Newt are just such good sportsman and in Windsong I can see a more competitive streak.
Loved the point at the end that's made about a steady aim but also that it had to be pointed out to Starskimer. I know this feeling all too well that when you make something that seems like a mistake under certain circumstances you often overlook that it also can be something very good! Lovely story.
