I love all the details here! I can really see the whole tanning-process before my inner eye. I always like to know more about the crafts of the Elves!

I really love the contrast you used, between how long it takes for Nightstorm to make dye and how very poetically short the story about it is! I almost got goosebumps prickling my arms because you so clearly described the sensation of the vapors settling on Nightstorm's arms! I also really enjoyed the concept of the dye being buried during the making, and where. :)

I can *see* the blue in your description. It's neat that you included such details as the amount of time that it took for the dye to be made, and how Nightstorm has been so patient about it.

I really like how this turns Nightstorm's craft into a sort of ritual, zen-like process, that conveys its appeal as an activity really nicely.

Ooh, I love the language you used for this short piece! It flowed together beautifully and gave a nice mental image of Nightstorm and her craft!

What a lovely snippet! And so vivid. It was as if I could feel the steam, the heat and see the colors myself.

That's sweet! I really like seeing Nightstorm working here and the calmness that comes with it. She really seems to be lost in her work and the feel of creative satisfaction is very striking. Lovely work.
