It's not easy having a preserver friend! As always I love One-Leg's colorful language and the ending had me in stitches -bounce-bounce indeed XD

Oh, LOL! As always, though I've seen colorful language other places of course, those colors never seem to be quite as vibrant as the ones Axehand can call up. :) I love how timid poor young Doeskin is here, too.

Ooooh, Chris, One-Leg/Axehand is always an entertaining read in your hands! Always impressed by the "colors" of his swearwords! ;) Never thought of him as a Preserver lover, either.
Wonderful, funny story with greatly described pictures.

Oh, poor Doeskin. Talk about being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Moon's behavior seems kind of harsh, but I also feel for her, having to try to enjoy some intimacy with a preserver always hovering about "helping."

This made me laugh so hard.
I especially loved getting a view on Moon here and her very self. Such a fierce one! I can imagine that it dose have a lot of bad sides to have a preserver attached to one and I loved the constant denying that they were in love or worse "lovemates!"

Such s short snipped but SO enjoyable. Love Axehand's colorful language and I can see why both have been so PO'd.
Especially lovely to see it out of Dowskin's POV remembering where she and One-Leg once would end up ^^

Haha! That was so funny! That was a great little snippet of life at the holt, with a nice little dash of good natured preserver annoyance! Makes me want to see more of the preservers.

LOVE this! :D Axehand's characteristically entertaining presence takes a back seat to our getting more of a glimpse of Moon as a living, breathing personality -- this makes me want to see her a lot more! I love the idea, too, that some in our tribe become "favorites" of the Preservers, and that it's not always such a fun thing.

I really liked this - it was nice to see the interactions between Preserver and elf here. However, Adehand, as always, steals the show! I love how his comedic lines leave the reader with a chuckle.

LOL, oh Axehand! The back end of a shagback with the runs - I love it! And the mental image of Axehand wearing nothing but a breechcloth and a snarl sure is an image that will amuse me for some time :). Poor Moon, though - as Doeskin can see, having a Preserver friend following you around sure has its drawbacks! Wonderful work, Chris :D.

Heeee! I don't know about you... but the prospect of Axehand clothed in nothing but a breechclout and a snarl will have me singing happily all day long! :D Fun fun fun stuff here -- and as always, Chris, you leave me wanting to create a "Best Quotes" catalog. (I'm gonna have to borrow "piss-swigging" somewhere...)
