Ah Quick Fang! So single minded, and aggressive. I'm sure Thornbow ended up sleeping.
Not going to lie, I'm not sure I would want her as a teacher, especially when she is hungry. I loved the description of how the world seemed to fall away and it was just him and his target, how he did even realized he'd nocked another arrow. I was curious how Longshot got his name, makes sense Quick Fang would come up with him, so .... to the point. XD

A good way to get a new name. I love Quick Fang-the-teacher! The scene with Quick Fang and Thornbow was both interesting since Quick Fang was nicely diplomatic, in her own way, and had a quite sensual end, without much being "shown".

Most of all I liked to see Thornbow and Quick Fang together, here. Such an interesting combo! As expected Quick Fang is wild and wolfish in every situation. ;)
It was also interesting to see that Longshot wasn't a natural talent from the beginning. The effect of sharp teeth! ;)

Thornbow and Quick Fang is an interesting pairing, but they seem to go well together in this story. Nice job showing how that relationship works! I also never really thought of Quick Fang as the teaching type, but she seems to be quite effective at it!

I really just love this -- great job of showing Quick Fang with two people she's rarely been seen with. We knew she was "with" Thornbow before, but we hadn't seen it; and the surprise here is how well they really seem to work together! (But what's also interesting is that this is set a while ago, which means that Thornbow was "with" her in this sense before he became serious with Windsong at some point prior to Windsong's Recognition with Suddendusk. It makes me wonder whether QF and Thornbow have been on-again, off-again several times over the years. It hints at interesting possibilities for the relationship!)

But the best part is definitely the interaction between Quick Fang and Tremor -- who would have guessed what a good teacher she would make? Or at least... I'm still not sure if she's a good teacher, but she certainly is good at finding a way to motivate someone to put into practice what they should already know! :) Great ending, with the revelation of how Longshot gets his name, too; I didn't even see that coming, and it fit in extremely well.

I really liked seeing how Longshot got over his hyperactive nature and even got his new name in the process! Great interaction with Quickfang, and I have to agree that I especially enjoyed the scene between Quickfang and Thornbow. They seem like a good match here ;). And Quickfang's teaching style was great - very much "tough love" ^^.

I really really enjoyed this story! :) SO much! :) I think Quick Fang did a FANTASTIC job with teaching... too funny that Tremor was more worried about getting his ear bitten than the hunger in his stomach. :) Beautifully written.

Ohhhh! That's when he got his name! Love it! The intro was very nice. I liked the dynamic between Quick Fang and Thornbow here. He seems to have a fable for challenging women *hehe*

I also love seeing that Longshot wasn't always the master archer but needed time to learn certain things about it. Talent isn't all to it.
Loving this one. Great job.

I absolutely love seeing interaction between Quick Fang and Thornbow, it's one of the most intriguing of Thornbow's pairings for me. I also love the lesson Quick Fang teaches - sometimes the hardest part in learning is realizing and believing that you know what to do.
