Oh, great! I like how you build up an anticipation and it turns out as something else! And I love how good you can see the personalities of all three Elves in their behaviour.

It's nice seeing Crackle "use her powers for good". Nice bonding moment between the three of them :)

I actually expected this to turn out just a bit longer than it did, but I like it the way it came out. :) My sister actually suggested the title, in the style of a cheesy old "b-movie" title. I'm glad you all enjoyed it so much! I just love the storytelling aspect of Crackle's character, and had fun getting to show a glimpse of it. :)

I love all the stories showing Crackle's growing expertise at storytelling, and this one is no exception! Amazing how she can turn something so mundane as a lizard eating an earthworm into something much more interesting!

That story was really short, but effective. I love the tension building up as is went toward the dentrees only to have to turn out to be a small little lizard! XD Its a really good piece of writing that I really enjoyed reading. :)

Haha, awesome! That was so much fun - really great how effectively you used the reader's expectations from the title to fool us! I love seeing Crackle in her element, and how Glow eats it up. And it's a wonderful example of what you can do with such a short piece. Great work!

Very effective! It's a great reminder of the imagination that's always been one of Crackle's hallmarks, and how it takes just a bit of imagination to see the drama inherent in even very small things.

This is a lot of fun -- it packs quite the punch for its size! I love the last, lingering image of this three, sitting in the rain and watching the creepy-crawlies. Wonderful!

That is not the story I was expecting from the title, and I'm so glad! I love seeing how Crackle adds excitement to everything by finding a new perspective, and how Glow is just eating it up!

I <3 how Crackle is growing up, and remaining Crackle! :) She is in her element telling the story, but it's still true to life and happening as she tells it. Glow is one lucky little cub to sit under such a vibrant storyteller!

Loved to see Chicory with Glow and how protective she is with her cub. Normally she would do the same as Crackle: no care in the world for the rain.
Also liked how proud she seems to be when seeing the same curiosity in her child she owns herself.

Awesome! Love the imagery you build up and how you demonstrated how the right words can make even the smallest thing a mighty hunter.
Found myself grinning and already sensing what you were doing but it was just so much fun!

this totally took me in. I thought some one was going to be lunch for sure--some one big, that is. Very imaginative!
