Nightstorm's got quite a temper! It's something you can forget since she is not a hunter, but that's apparently a bad mistake to make. Although looks like it was right up Thornbow's alley XD. They make for a very interesting combination, I really liked how she seemed not just able to but eager to get a rise out of him, who's normally so level headed. I honestly think it did him good - and now I'd love to see, if this relationship goes further, something from the flip side of it, with Thornbow being the stable rock for Nightstorm's artistic moods. The more I think of the pairing the more I like it!

Hah, I just love these two together! Their dialogue here is so much fun, even when they're arguing. And of course it would be an argument that leads them to take it further XD A perfect fit for the image!

LOL! Perfect. :) I must say, this story is the height of romance comedy for me. I completely love how sure each of them was that they were unshakeably in the right. The way one would say something to make a point, and it would just rile the other further. Did you guys giggle as much while writing this as I did while reading it? Oh, and good job on the sexual tension, too -- it had a very graceful feel to it that I definitely ssociate with EQ romance, along with the feral aspect. A perfect mix, like wine and leather of course. ;)

I really love what the two of you did with this story, jumping off just from that glimpse we got of the artwork, and Nightstorm's interesting body-language. It's just so much fun to see these two characters thrown together, not least because they are two who we don't see often in stories, so finding out so much about them is fascinating all by itself. I love how they seem ill-matched... but maybe not? Maybe the sparks they strike off each other make them a good pair? I hope we get to see more of a developing relationship between them. :)

This was definitely a TON of fun to read too! It was wonderfully funny to see the turbulent exchanges between Nightstorm and Thornbow. I love how their personalities play off of each other here! And it's fantastic to get a backstory for that picture!!! :D

Oooh, yay! I love the start of this relationship. Fireworks! :) I like seeing more of Nightstorm and Thornbow, because we don't see much of them story-wise. I think Nightstorm overreacted, and Thornbow was an ass, but the way it all came together was well-done :)

No worries, Mel, it was real fun to read!!!
I loved the fighting and how it turned into something else. Those two characters fit perfectly together... or even not. I am really curious now if this was only one night or if there will follow more.
Thanks for the insight into two less well known characters. I have a better inner picture of them now.

Also liked the occasion you choosed for celebrating. ;)

I thought it was fun to read! Of course, I'm happy to have Thornbow's personality developed a little more. I have to admit, I thought his behavior at the end was a little jerk-ish, but decided that I like the dimension this gives to his character.

I also love anytime growling is included as foreplay.
