I was wondering what True Edge's real reason for avoiding being healed was. Small scrapes and cuts are one thing, but bruised ribs and a bone-deep wound in the leg another. This explanation made perfect sense and the interaction between him and Willow was interesting to read.

That was neat - I really liked that True Edge has his misgivings which are explained quite reasonably, and still he is supportive of Willow. It was a great characterisation of him! But it made me laugh that the way to get him to give in is reminding of his mates XD. He's pretty much a softy, after all!

Also, it's really great to see how Willow is coming into her powers here. It's obviously still not easy for her, but she is growing both in their use and in dealing with the changes it has wrought in her life.

Good to see True Edge's misgivings followed-up on in this story. I tend to think of him as one of the tribe's big skeptics, so it makes sense that he'd be wary about a magical power that is both so new to him, and also so invasive of his own boundaries. It's good to see him making an effort here.

You're doing a great job w/ these stories rounding the rough edges on True Edge and making him a more discernable, and maybe more complex, character! I like how, despite his misgivings and fever, he was willing to listen to reason.

This was a very interesting tale, Mike. I really liked it to see some of True Edge's fears here and ... hell I can even understand it. With all that was going on it somehow seems so fitting.
I agree with Heidi... it's through nice to see him supportive here as well. Nice interaction.

Thanks for writing this, Mike! I like how we get to see why True Edge is nervous about some things, but also how he seems to be supportive at the same time. It's neat to see interactions between the 'generational gap,' so to speak.

A nice follow-up to the Otter healing storyline. I like seeing someone giving Willow the straight and skinny, when so often she feels like she's getting dealt a raw deal.
