Methinks Rooter is a bit like Notch so there is a RESONANCE Beetle can never shake in her lifetime!! LOL! Perfect portrayal of a perfectly imperfect puppy!! LOL

ROFLOL! So cute! :D Just to nitpick, there was the occasional *slightly* awkward wording here and there, things like "she looked at her" that pulled me out of the story just long enough to work out who was looking at who, but nothing of any realy importance! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE how you wrote Rooter! :D You have SO captured the irrepressible nature of a pup. And, LOL, only in a wolfrider tribe would someone try to salvage honey with wolf slobber all over it! ;) I loved watching Rooter's thought process of how to go about getting back in Beetle's good graces, as well as how helpless poor Beetle was against the sheer onslaught of cuteness!

A look into the head of the wolves is always interesting and Rooter has a personality that's both amusing and sweet. A nice, light hearted moment, well needed after the emotional turmoil of the shinning!

I told you this before (not here, though), I LOVE THIS STORY! :) More on Rooter, please? You did a great job coming up with a scenario that is believable and funny!! :) Thank you for this story!

You can definitely tell that Rooter is a bit too smart for her own good, perhaps! :) It shows what a handful a throwback can be to raise. I'm sure all the wolves are a bit of a handful when they're young, but I get the feeling that a throwback's smarts just makes things even harder.

I love what you've done with Rooter here. Very sweet :) And you've done such a nice job in showing that it's so hard to get angry with a mischievous pup when they're so darn cute.

Oh, god this is almost too cute! Yay for the throwbacks! I love how you've managed to show Rooter's thoughts as being a step above your average wolf in complexity, but still inescapably lupine. The cub trying to help put the honey comb back was absolutely genius in its adorableness.

Again.. I so love your writing style. It's the way you describe the actions and doesn't over strain it. It's just the right dose... if that makes sense.

This said.. i really love this ^^ It's so cute to see Beetle and Rooter interact like this and the wolf clearly is the star here :) Poor Beetle XD Rooter is such a adorable handful it seems.

Aww! I think I'm falling in love with Rooter as her own character. I love the mischievous streak, and her attempts at patching things up are fantastic. I get the feeling that Beetle might be dealing with this for a long time to come! Great little look into her everyday life!

Hehe, that was very cute! Not easy to be strict with a mischievous cub, eh? It shows quite well how Rooter is a very clever cub since she's a throwback, but she's still a wolf and most of all, a cub ^^.
