Truths are hard to sort through, and I don't think that Coriander *really* loves Bomo the way she does Thunderchild... it's just - things are cold between she and her husband... hopefully they'll thaw. Hopefully, they'll have a long heart to heart one day.

Humans! Sorry, stories about them just makes me smile, even though the subject of it was sad. Coriander is a fascinating character, as are the details of the two human peoples revealed here. Would love to see more of her and know how this all goes in the future!

Great to see a story about the humans. Coriander is such an interesting character, a strong leader but also just a woman with needs like everyone else.
The whole story shows us so much of the Ebean family system. I would love to read more of those.

Oh, ouch, well done my friend! A lovely illustration of how the heart can throw up curve balls no matter what world you live in. I like the every-day drama feel in this piece, a very nice window into the human lifestyle.

I love this glimpse in the humans life and the whole interaction. Great- It somehow remind me on some classy novels.
So sad... but so telling. I wonder who it will go on.

Guys, thank you so much for doing this story! It's really wonderful to get a glimpse of "meanwhile, over with the humans", and to start to get to know them as individuals with hopes and dreams and fears. There is a lot of interesting introduction in this piece, not just to the people, but to the foundations of their societies. And the interaction between Coriander and Bomo and Nonoli provides a tantalizing hint of how future interactions with the elves might look.
