Loved to see how Starskimmer works. She is so adventuresome when it comes to brewing, it seems. She simply follows her instincts and experience.
And yes, the elf who crosses her path first can account oneself lucky! :D

This is such a playful and lighthearted look at Starskimmer's brewing! I like that she's not so methodical, but rather just going by tastes and ideas. It's a very sweet piece of writing that Starskimmer's voice just shines through!

*laugh* I don't expect Starskimmer to be wanting for company that day! I loved how you combined her rockshaping with her brewing in this story! Oooooh, a colander. That's a neat idea! :D It was funny watching Starskimmer starting to get drunk working on her craft... ;)

I like seeing Starskimmer the experimenter... shows us a little more where Beetle got it from!

What I really liked about this story was how it not only shows Starskimmer at work, but shows how much her work is influenced by her sensuous and pleasure-loving personality. Good piece of characterization, there!

Here's a likely unsuspected reaction to this song... Mike... I've not been able to stop singing that song from Fiddler On The Roof, there the title-line is a lyric. Way to go, bro! ;) That aside, it's always a joy to see Starskimmer in action, and always a delight to see the little day-to-day elements of life for the tribe.

I love seeing these kinds of stories, with elves performing their crafts! I also liked the addition that Starskimmer safely seals her products because they'd been messed with one time. She seems to enjoy her work a lot!!

It's always nice to see everyday story of our elves! It's a great snapshot of Starskimmer - we haven't seen much of her work as a brewer yet. Nor how she uses her magic, I agree with Mel that it was nice to see :).

It was nice to see Starskimmer working and hiow creative she is about her brews. It helps to imagine how that brews tasted a lot and I like the details.
I think it's a nice snapshot of her character and some how it stuck out to me to see her using her magic. Not sure why but it did.
